Support & Solutions Group

SSG Care is a staffing support organisation formed in 2021 and is part of the Support & Solutions Group. We supply temporary, temp-to-perm or permanent Nurses, Carers and Support Workers, and can provide for our clients last minute, or pre-booking needs. You also get to grow your knowledge and ability, by learning new skills with our in-house training team.

We have specialist care and support staff with extensive experience in Children and Young People, Complex Care, Challenging Behaviour and all other aspects of care and support, backed by a hard-working and dedicated office team. We try to take a different approach to temporary staffing, working with our clients to support them when they need us and find solutions to their problems.

I am the Business Manager for Support & Solutions Group. I have been with the business since it started, and both myself and my incredible team have been enjoying the journey we have been on, and look forward to what is next for SSG Care. After 10 years in the gambling industry, I decided to try my hand at something completely different – Health & Social Care Recruitment. 7 years on and I still love what I do. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my kids, watching pretty much any sport and I have a love of cooking. My newest hobby however, is caring for my Royal Python – Vanessssa
