OUR MISSION

To Make our Clients Smile

We believe our mission in life is to bring our clients’ happiness and to put a smile on their faces Most of our clients have their own set of unique challenges that they deal with on a daily basis and if we can make them smile whilst they face these hurdles then we are better for it.

OUR VALUES

WE CARE

We only have one value; WE CARE. WE CARE about our clients; their independence, their happiness and their wellbeing. WE CARE about our employees: Their job satisfaction, their careers and progression and their work/life balance WE CARE about our partners: their engagement, their support and the delivery of our commitments to them

What our employees say:

My first shift went really well. Zoe and Anwen were both really welcoming and kind to me. If I had any questions or was unsure of anything they wouldn’t hesitate to help me out and answer any questions. They understood that I was new, and they were both very patient with me. They both let me get hands on with some of the work I’m allowed to do as I’m only shadowing but it really helped me with learning etc making notes on the app. The clients I visited were also extremely patient and kind and all made me feel right at home. Overall, everything went very well and I’m looking forward to my next shift.  Megan – Cheshire East and Northwich community care worker

What our employees say:

Working with CAHG has been a wonderful experience so far. They took me in as a newbie, trained and keep training me with all that’s required to make me succeed as a carer. Nothing is as fabulous as working with a great team that’s always willing to lend a hand: From Rebecca to Michelle, to Alan and the rest of the team, I say a big thank you! Keep up with the good work as we strive to render quality care to our service users. You all rock and I’m happy to be part of CAHG. For all you’ve done and continue to do, I say thank you again, and again! Innocent – Warrington and Halton community care worker
