Cheshire based Care at Home Group has seen meteoric growth of 160% in just 12 months.

The business currently delivers over 4000 hours of home care per week.

Since the formation of the business late in 2018, Care at Home Group has expanded its geography and currently is a chosen home care provider for Warrington, Wirral, St Helens, Knowsley, Sefton, Liverpool and Cheshire East Councils.

Based on an ethos of providing individually tailored, friendly, personal care for adult clients in their own homes by well-trained carers, the Care at Home Group has experienced meteoric growth.

Care at Home Group under the direction of CEO Karl Jacobie, acquired a Warrington domiciliary care company in November 2018 as a foundation platform. With a sound business plan and major financial investment in a solid management team and a well-trained workforce – along with the desire to provide excellence in personal care – the business and its reputation has grown exponentially.

The business places a high value on staff training with career progression and respect, dignity, companionship and individual care at all times for its customers. The Care at Home team can also cater for people with a range of clinical and complex needs young and old.

Karl Jacobie, CEO of Care at Home Group commented:

‘We are all about personalised individual care. This is rooted in our ethos. No contract is ever ‘just another’ contract for us, be it for an individual customer or a local authority.

We are very proud to have just been entrusted by the Council to look after their more vulnerable residents. It is our promise to honour that trust both to the local authority and its service users.

Our growth has been rapid but largely founded on the skill of our fantastic Carers and Managers, who deliver the day to day care which we then back up with organisation, support, training and a real career path. We aim to excel in the care we provide. It is our ambition to become a market leader in the standards that we set.

We are constantly on the lookout for great staff to join our family, be they experienced Carers or people looking to become a Carer for the first time. We believe that we have created a great company to work for with a solid career path. We’d love to hear from people looking to join us who have a big heart and want to make a difference’.
